    Presentation

The Athletics curricular unit is part of the 1st Cycle in Physical Education and Sport and integrates the theoretical, technical, regulatory and didactic-methodological foundations of the sport. It aims to develop skills to perform, observe, analyse and correct fundamental skills in running, jumping and throwing events, as well as to plan and lead teaching and training situations suited to age and level of practice. The curricular unit emphasises pedagogical progressions, safety, task adaptation and organisation of practice, considering school and sport contexts and national and international athletics education frameworks.

  • Assessment

    Assessment
