Presentation
The Practicum II Course Unit constitutes the advanced stage of supervised practical training, focused on the realisation, implementation and evaluation of the professional skills and projects outlined in Practicum I. Its scope covers the field of cyberpsychology, digital mental health and psychological intervention supported by emerging technologies. This CU promotes deep integration between psychological science, digital technology and clinical innovation. The aim is to equip students for contemporary professional contexts, marked by the digitisation of health services and the critical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), virtual reality and telepsychology, with a special focus on monitoring the effectiveness and safety of interventions. At the same time, it promotes the consolidation of autonomy and professional ethics skills, in full alignment with European standards for training in Psychology (EuroPsy) and guidelines for integrity in the digital age.
