Teaching methodologies
The course adopts active and experiential learning methodologies, integrating scientific knowledge with practical application. Case studies, simulations, role-play, intervention labs, organizational decision-making scenarios, and collaborative exercises are used. The Organisational Challenge, developed throughout the semester around a real organization using a Project-Based Learning (PBL) approach, promotes information research and analysis and the progressive application of course content to the diagnosis, design, and evaluation of an intervention, culminating in the presentation and defence of the proposal before an organizational representative.

Assessment
Assessment
