Objectives
The intended Learning Outcomes (LO) are: LO1: Show the basic project concepts LO2: Describe the life cycle of projects, the decision-making process and several organizational structures advantages and disadvantages LO3: Identify which customers to satisfy in a project LO4: Define targets and performance index LO5: Define a project Scope LO6: Enunciate the development phase on project teams and describe the difference on management and leadership in a project LO7: Apply the organization, scheduling and control tools in a project LO8: Identify which are the leadership fundamental features in project management LO9: Describe the importance of the communication process in project management; LO10: Describe the importance of negotiation and conflict management in project management; LO11: Describe the importance of managing risk factors in project management; LO12: Apply project documentation in project management.

A avaliação da unidade curricular será constituída pelos seguintes elementos:

Trabalhos desenvolvidos ao longo do semestre - 50%
Os estudantes deverão desenvolver trabalhos ao longo do semestre, os quais serão apresentados e defendidos perante o docente. Este elemento de avaliação corresponde a 50% da classificação final.

Teste - 50%
Os estudantes deverão realizar um teste final, destinado a avaliar os conhecimentos e competências adquiridos ao longo da unidade curricular. Este elemento de avaliação corresponde a 50% da classificação final.
A classificação final será determinada pela ponderação dos dois elementos de avaliação, de acordo com os pesos definidos.
Prevê-se a possibilidade de realização de prova oral em caso de dúvida de nota, sempre que houver discrepâncias de desempenho identificadas.
