Syllabus
The syllabus includes all the knowledge and skills acquired during the Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management that are relevant to the internship topic. It aims to respond, together with the specific guidelines and additional syllabus content that the Supervising Professor will provide to the student during the course unit.

Objectives
Objectives
At the end of this course, students should be able to: Apply the theoretical knowledge learned in one or more subjects and organizational or business contexts. Conduct a comprehensive review of the literature on the topics covered in their internship. Associate a research methodology with the internship work to be carried out. Set clear objectives for the work to be developed and be able to compare them with the results obtained. Be able to draw conclusions and suggest future work.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
The teaching-learning process used in this course is based on the tutorial methodology, through personalized teaching focused on direct interaction between teacher and student, with weekly and continuous monitoring, in a flexible manner, meeting the individual needs of the student and promoting their autonomy and personal, technical, and scientific development. Each weekly session includes content review, new topics, discussion, solutions, and immediate feedback. The supervising professor acts as a facilitator, mentor, and evaluator, adjusting the work plan as necessary.
