1. Introduction. Labor Law in countries in the "Lusophone world" (Brazil, Cape Verde, Angola, Mozambique). Positivization, evolution, similarities, and differences. 2. Comparative aspects of Individual Labor Law. 2.1. Sources of Labor Law .2.2. Characterization of the legal employment situation. Work and provision of services. Objectives
Objectives
Obtaining a theoretical basis and the analysis and comparison of legal regimes in the various legal systems of the "Lusophone space" will allow students to develop skills to understand the legal framework in the "Lusophone world", apprehend the respective similarities and differences as well as use these reasonings and knowledge for the purposes of legal interpretation, allowing them to solve practical questions and develop scientific research capacity on the topics addressed.

Teaching methodologies
Teaching methodologies
The curricular unit will be teaches with a balance between theorical-practical exposition of topics by professor (presentation and discussion of the subjects and questions of the syllabus and their knowledge application) in the and dialogue with and between students. During classes students are encouraged to ask questions, give their opinion in relevant subjects and participate in case-solving classes. Presenting assignments is also a very important learning tool. Students may choose to write an essay on a particular subject. A list of suggestions will be available, but students may choose a different subject. The professor will be available to discuss the subject choice.

The student’s classification may result from the evaluation of a written work /paper/ article e its presentation and discussion in the classroom. The evaluation also considers the global participation of the students in the class and in the juridical discussions about the subjects of the syllabus. The evaluation may also include various written elements and analytical reflections made in the course time from many subjects proposed by the teacher or choose by the student.
