Objectives
Provide students with tools that allow them to develop an understanding of the importance of Innovation and Digital Transformation, presenting the technologies that support digitalization, in order to be able to define strategies for Digital Transformation, creating competitive advantages. Specifically: 1. Concepts of disruption, process innovation (sustaining innovation and efficiency innovation), for the economy of the means and effectiveness. 2. Main information and communication technologies that allow the Digital Training of people and companies. 3. Main models and tools that allow the implementation of strategies that lead to the Digital Transformation of Enterprises. 4. Actions and measures that allow the alignment with different digital strategies (national, European and global).
