Objectives
At the end of this unit, students will be able to:
• Systematize the main concepts of reward and career management;
• Identify key strategies and techniques for effective implementation of reward management systems;
• Identify the main components and how it is possible to maximize them in the work context;
• Identify success factors of a career management system that favors the retention and development of Employees;
* Practice career management strategies.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
This unit is based on a diversified set of pedagogical methods and techniques, namely expository, reflective, interrogative, and active, using Flipped Learning and Experiential Learning methodologies.
It is proposed to carry out project work and the discussion and sharing of students' experiences, supported by the exposition of the subject and theoretical contents.
The unit's evaluation is carried out following the University's regulations.
The Distributed Continuous Evaluation is composed of:
- Active participation in the activities proposed in the classroom (20%)
- Project design with a Rewards and Career Management System (80%)
Final Assessment: Consists of a Written Exam Test covering all the contents taught during this unit and which has a weighting of 100% in the final average of the module.
The student is approved with a classification of not less than 10 values, ¿¿and if in none of the evaluations they have a result lower than 8.
