Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)
What does this registration mean?
The Transparency Register is a database that brings together organisations seeking to engage with the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union and the European Commission.
From now on, the COFAC/Lusófona University community of researchers and managers will benefit from an official credential enabling them to:
- Take part in public consultations organised by the European Commission, helping shape the future of science, education and culture in Europe;
- Engage directly with European decision-makers by presenting scientific opinions and recommendations based on the research carried out at our institution;
- Benefit from streamlined accreditation for official events and representation at the European Parliament.
With this milestone, Cooperativa de Formação e Animação Cultural, C.R.L. (COFAC) reaffirms its position as an active and transparent participant on the international stage, ensuring that the knowledge generated within the Lusófona University ecosystem contributes directly to the European Union's policy agenda and development.
