Lusófona Receives ‘Wherever You Are, Always Recycle’ Training

Under the application of the Faculty of Engineering to the Eco-Schools 2022 programme, several in-person and online training sessions took place during the month of May, aiming to promote education and awareness for the correct management and separation of waste on the Lusófona University campus.

The sessions, "Wherever You Are, Always Recycle," featured a special participation from Dr. Afonso Noutel, who spoke about how we can promote the implementation of an effective selective waste collection system on campus and addressed the importance of recycling.

These sessions were directed at the entire academic community, including the cleaning service staff, who are directly involved in the waste separation and collection process.
