“New ways of working and the balance between personal and professional life” and “Management of people in crisis situations” were also themes of this event held at Lusófona University - Lisbon University Center, which drew the attention of those who there were present.
For Pedro Amorim “work is important, but it is just part of our day, of our life”, so after talking about the main differences between Generation Z and Millennials, he advised: “Always continue to study, because that's what will make you competitive in the job market, always try to study from what your weaknesses are and try to mitigate those weaknesses with areas that make you stronger”.
