Dr. Mafalda tried to give some tips on how to have better school performance, being more attentive in class and making better use of the time spent in college, but at the same time she reminded us of the importance of having a good sleep, exercise routine and time to be with friends. and family. Another topic that has been increasingly discussed and that was also discussed in this presentation was Mental Health and its importance.
