The Faculty of Law at Universidade Lusófona hosted another edition of the Market Encounters on 13 January, dedicated to the challenges of market regulation within the context of the digital economy.
The colloquium took place in person and brought together members of the academic community and the wider public for an in-depth reflection on the impact of digital transformation on economic activity.
The session featured contributions from Manuel Cabugueira, from ANACOM, and Paula Braz Machado, from AMT, moderated by João Pateira Ferreira, and was opened by Conceição Soares Fatela.
The debate focused on emerging regulatory demands and the future directions of market regulation in a context of accelerated technological change.
