Tree planting by the Lusófona University Eco-Schools Team
Initiative to mark and celebrate Environment Week
06.07.22 - 12h06
On June 7th, in celebration of Environment Week, students from the Eco-Schools Council of Universidade Lusófona had the opportunity to plant five trees of the species Cercis siliquastrum (Olaia) on the University campus.
This action aimed to raise awareness among the academic community about the importance of the diversity of native species and the presence of green areas in the university space. We would like to thank the Infrastructure and Facility Management team for their essential support in carrying out this activity.
We count on everyone's collaboration to make Universidade Lusófona even more green and sustainable.
