SPIC is a service of Lusófona University that provides accessible psychological support to the academic community
Sustainable Development Goals (SDG)
Between classes and exams, your mental health cannot be left behind.
Taking care of it often begins by knowing where to seek help.
On 13 January, the National Day for Combating Depression, it is particularly important to share that Lusófona University provides psychological support through SPIC – Psychology, Innovation and Knowledge Service, a service offering monitoring, guidance and psychological support to students, staff and also the general public.
Seeking help is an act of courage.
It is a conscious gesture of care towards yourself.
On the SPIC website you can find more information about the service, fees, contacts and appointment booking options. Everything in one place.
If you need it, support exists and is within your reach. You just need to get informed.
Taking care of your mind is also taking care of your academic journey.
