Syllabus
Specific features of the Radio medium, compared to others; the future of the Radio; radio communication characteristics; radio language: radio language/speech aesthetics, news editing (text rigor; text enunciation; building techniques of journalistic and non journalistic text) and news (selection criteria and hierarchy; techniques for launches and footers); report on Radio (preparation, implementation and language); interview on Radio (preparation, implementation and language), other journalistic genres in Radio (debate, chronicle, etc.); improvisational techniques. Sound techniques.

Objectives
After successfully completing the course, students master the jargon of radio broadcasters and may (with careful supervision) edit and present news with the specific domain of "writing to be heard", make reports,conduct interviews, moderating debates, risking chronic or perform and improvise, if necessary.

A avaliação divide-se em duas parcelas, assim subdivididasParcela 1:- Média simples da classificação obtida nos cinco melhores trabalhos realizados ao longo do semestre, que poderão incluir notícias de rádio ou pequenas reportagens de rua - peso de 35% na classificação final. Para cada estudante, será tido em conta o desempenho em contexto de sala de aula e o progresso ao longo do semestre
- Classificação do trabalho realizado a partir de uma “Conferência de Imprensa” ou similar - peso de 15% na classificação final
Parcela 2:- Uma grande reportagem individual, de tema livre, a entregar até ao último dia de aulas do semestre - peso de 50% na classificação final
*Os estudantes Erasmus - como de resto já combinamos - vão ter exatamente o mesmo plano de avaliação, sendo que poderão apresentar os trabalhos em espanhol ou inglês.Descrição
