Throughout the course, students will develop analytical and self-assessment skills, understand communication in different contexts, improve time and stress management, and reflect on career progression and development in diverse settings, including international environments.

Objectives
1- Understanding the importance of thinking critically and developing assessment habits and strategies in the area of personal and social competences. 2- Understand the dimensions of emotional intelligence and their impact on the various areas of life. 3- Recognise personal and social skills as an area of continuous development, identifying the training and personal work needed to develop the desired attitudes and skills. 4- Develop effective communication strategies in terms of verbal and non-verbal behaviour according to different contexts 5- Recognise and identify different time and stress management techniques, indicating the contingency advantages of each one 6- Understand a career management and development system 7- Understand and analyse the career development framework 8- Know, understand and reflect on careers, the way they evolve and new orientations 9- Analyse careers in an international context 10- Build a career management project

The synergistic integration of the active method, which includes educational games, individual reflection exercises, group work in the classroom, among others, together with the expository method, provides a valuable contribution to improving the attitudinal, cognitive and technical dimensions related to the objectives and learning outcomes of the course unit.
