Objectives
With this curricular unit it is intended that the student consolidates its knowledge regarding criminal justice and with it the student gains an important tool of practical perspective, since he/she is enabled to understand the way of linking criminal procedural law and criminal law, knowing also the main legal consequences of crime in the Portuguese criminal legal system.

É de acordo com o regulamento da Universidade e tem uma modalidade contínua e outra de recurso. Na primeira valora-se a Assiduidade: nos termos regulamentares, exige-se a presença mínima de 70 % nas aulas, sob pena de exclusão do regime de avaliação contínua.
São elementos de avaliação contínua:

- Pontualidade
- Participação em aula
- Participação em um evento (colóquio, seminário, conferência, etc.) promovido pela Faculdade e entrega de pequeno relatório escrito.
