Objectives
Objectives
Knowledge of the material and formal sources of European law and its jurisdiction, as well as its relationship with national and intergovernmental laws is of particular importance. The aim is to provide a dynamic and multidimensional study of the European Union as a supranational institution with very specific characteristics. For this purpose, the European Union's reality is analysed, taking into account its historical and cultural aspects, its formation, evolution and constructive deepening, starting from the inter-relational past of European States and the founding treaties, as well as its tribulations. Furthermore, the organic structure of the Union is explained, as well as its evolution and principles, as well as its normative, decision-making, and external action functions.
