Knowledge in this area becomes increasingly relevant because EU law has a profound influence on national law. Theterfore, the study of EU Law II could be a distinguishing factor in the academic trajectory of the sudents who choose it. Furthermore, this Curricular Unit complements the study started in European Union Law I. The main axes of the study are: the Court of Justice of EU and main procedural actions, competition law, economic and social cohesion, challenges related to Artificial Inteligence and data protection, and the functionning of European Union Market.

Objectives
Students shall: 1. Acquire knowledge of the theoretical subject matter identified in the course syllabus. 2. Identify principal jurisprudence about the subjects taught. 3. Be alble to relate principal jurisprudence to the material taught. 4. Develop a critical and analytical approach to the topics addressed in the course. 5. Acquire the competence to solve practical exercises based on the material taught.
