Class Psychology, Diversity and Inclusion

The Psychology, Diversity and Inclusion course encourages a critical reflection on the psychological processes underlying difference, identity, and social inclusion. It aims to prepare future psychologists to act ethically and sensitively toward diversity across various human and social contexts.

The Psychology, Diversity and Inclusion curriculum incorporates innovative teaching-learning strategies that encourage active participation and a deeper comprehension of the subject matter, including: The syllabus acknowledges the value of collaborative learning and the co-construction of knowledge. Interactive activities, group discussions, and hands-on exercises will be incorporated into practical classes to encourage student participation; The UC utilizes case studies, film analysis, and scientific article analysis; Inclusive language and empathy workshops; Field activities that promote critical thinking; External guests (e.g., representatives of migrant associations); Group work (intervention project or inclusive campaign).
