Class Advanced Civil Law Studies

This UC focuses on the study of fundamental principles of private law, particularly the law of obligations, pre-negotiation relations, and the formation of legal transactions, including the termination of contracts. The chosen principles and topics allow for an in-depth study of highly relevant aspects of civil law.

1. Negotiated contracts and general contractual clauses - the space left for the the Civil Code, betwen DL 446(85) and commercial law 2. Determining the object of the legal transaction, guarantees, and Article 280 of the Civil Code 3. Good faith and civil relations - interpretation and integration of legal transactions 4. Credit protection and typical and atypical guarantees - creditor protection and guarantor protection 5. Termination of contracts  

Classes will consist of theoretical lectures and seminars. Legal education has long been established, and innovation rarely produces good results.
