The formative assessment criteria are, namely: participation, motivation, acquisition and application of knowledge, mobilization of skills in new contexts, interpersonal relationships, teamwork, adaptation to a new task, punctuality and assiduity. For the purposes of successful completion of training and subsequent certification, the trainee's attendance cannot be less than 90% of the total workload for each UFCD.
