The continuous training of teachers and researchers has long been an objective assumed in the Strategic Development Plan of the Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias and the corresponding quality management system, with special emphasis on this period of introduction of the pedagogical responses required by remote teaching. within the scope of the pandemic associated with COVID-19.

To the scientific and technical knowledge, transversal to university professors, it is increasingly necessary to develop pedagogical skills, which respond to the teaching-learning challenges that mark the present time, so the focus on continuous training of professors and researchers is, also the contribution of Lusófona University in the construction of contemporary educational models, while contributing to the personal and professional development of all those who participate in it.
