Objectives
Objectives
Recognize and explore structuring elements of abstract geometric, figurative and typographic language in the implementation of projects applied to the field of Design. Develop knowledge and skills that allow the elaboration and execution indifferent typologies of the printing area (textile serigraphy, collagraph, risography, stencil, stamp, and other alternative printing techniques). Provide knowledge in the field of graphic production (preparation of documents for printing). Promoting experimentation and discovery of printing processes and respective materials (paints, tools and supports). Expand technical and experimental culture in the field of Design and Arts. Be able to design a print edition manually. Expose students to new and different ideas and professional ways of working; closing the gap between academia and the market by allowing students to test tools and processes that they normally cannot access.
