1. Causes of termination of the employment contract; the principle of numerus clausus. 2. Notion and elements integrating the concept of dismissal (individual) with just cause (¿subjective¿ or ¿disciplinary¿). 3. Other forms of termination at the employer's initiative: collective dismissal, dismissal for termination of employment and dismissal for unsuitability. 4.
