    The UC essentially covers the study of the legal framework for individual employment relationships, taking into account legal data and the teachings of doctrine and jurisprudence. The inclusion of the UC in the 1st cycle curriculum as a mandatory subject is justified by the relevance of the subject in people's daily lives and in the litigation that courts deal with.

    Objectives

    The UC aims to provide students with a general understanding of the rules on labor relations, with a view to developing skills in the field of interpretation and application of these rules, taking into account the specificity of Labor Law within the general framework of the legal system.
