Presentation
Presentation
This course continues the path developed in the Contemporary Artistic Perspectives I and II units, deepening direct contact with the production and presentation of contemporary art through participation in exhibitions, conferences, studio visits, and meetings with artists, curators, gallery owners, and other agents of the art world. Based on these experiences, it seeks to develop the capacity for observation, critical analysis, and contextualization of contemporary artistic practices, bridging the gap between the academic context and the dynamics of the art system. Simultaneously, it stimulates reflection on different professional trajectories, mediation models, and forms of insertion into the artistic field, contributing to a more informed understanding of the role of the artist and cultural institutions today.
