Presentation
Presentation
This course continues the path developed in the Contemporary Artistic Perspectives I, II, III and IV units, deepening direct contact with the production and presentation of contemporary art through participation in exhibitions, conferences, studio visits, and meetings with artists, curators, gallery owners, and other agents of the art world. Based on these experiences, it seeks to develop the capacity for observation, critical analysis, and contextualization of contemporary artistic practices, bridging the gap between the academic context and the dynamics of the art system. Simultaneously, it stimulates reflection on different professional trajectories, mediation models, and forms of insertion into the artistic field, contributing to a more informed understanding of the role of the artist and cultural institutions today.

Teaching methodologies
Teaching methodologies
This course is based on a learning methodology that articulates theory and practice. Direct contact with exhibitions, institutions, and professionals in the art world is complemented by the collaborative development of a fictional exhibition project, allowing the application of acquired knowledge in a real-world context. This approach promotes imagination, anticipation of real-world problems, teamwork, and engagement with professional practices in the field.
