Class Corporate Law

This course aims to develop the general legal bases acquired by students in previous training and transmit them a refined scientific reasoning that makes them autonomously manage to consistently apply the knowledge acquired in the business entities where they work, or even create new scientific thinking that comes contribute to the dogmatic discussion related to the area in question. It is a fundamental subject in the respective cycle of studies since it is essential for students to understand, master, interpret and think about the normative provisions of the business sector.

- Freedom of enterprise and economic regulation; - Company Formation; - Type Trading Companies and Correlation with other Companies; - Elements of Commercial Companies; - Corporate bodies and types of government; - Guarantees of the partners before the corporate bodies; - Obligations of commercial company bodies and corresponding liability; - Case law analysis 

Presentation of the subject by the teacher, using real examples, respective legislation, doctrine and jurisprudence. Student participation in class topics and strong interactivity with the teacher and colleagues; Strong correlation of the material taught with reality and current affairs; Presentation of work and subsequent discussion with respective colleagues and corresponding teacher. Personal guidance and through technological means of work by the teacher. Indication of themes in advance, with the possibility of choosing by students. Tutoring and guidance by the teacher regarding the problems to be addressed and developed, with an indication of the bibliography and methodology appropriate to the chosen themes. Intermediate presentation with subsequent discussion (by the teacher and colleagues) of the main themes selected by the students, with work delivered at the end of classes.
