Objectives
LO1. Identify the main variables related to different models of innovation, change and culture; LO2. Recognize the psychosocial processes identified as promoting factors or obstacles to the processes of organizational innovation and change; LO3. Explain the main differences in innovation and change processes according to different intercultural contexts; LO4. Planning a process of implementation of innovation and organizational change.

Teaching methodologies and assessment
Active method: a) case studies, including those presented by company guests, and group discussions; b) bibliographic research and self-study; c) analysis and discussion of scientific articles related to the practices under study; d) realization and defense of practical work in organizational context. Expositive and interrogative methods, for the presentation and reflection on the basic theoretical frameworks.
