    1 - Group: definition; types of groups; variables that influence the effectiveness of the groups; decision-making techniques in groups; teams; process of teambuilding. 2 - Conflict: definition; types of conflicts; levels of conflict; conflict management; positive and negative effects of the conflict. 3 - Negotiation: definition; processes; types and stages of negotiation; effective negotiation; strategies and business tactics; the influence of individual characteristics.

    At the end of the semester, students should achieve the following objectives / skills: 1 - Understand the concept of group and how groups operate and distinguish between teams and groups. 2 - Understand the concept of conflict and how it can develop and be managed. 3 - Analyze the existing types of negotiation and how it can contribute to the proper management of conflicts.
