The seminar will help identify users' emotions in the context of social work activities
Start
May 31 | 18h00
End

The aim of this Seminar is to highlight the fundamental role that emotional intelligence plays in conflict management, in the context of Social Service, particularly in social care with users.
Perceiving and recognizing our emotions, as Social Service Technicians, and especially recognizing the emotions of users, who come to us, most of the time, is extremely important. Managing emotions in this context requires the Social Service professional to have knowledge of what Emotional Intelligence is and its skills. Knowing how to apply these skills in knowing how to act as a Social Worker is an important asset in the area.
