The present academic and scientific event promotes greater knowledge about the life and work of «Amílcar Cabral (1924 – 1973)» and contributes to the «rediscovery» of the thought and growing influence, and ever more comprehensive, of Amílcar Cabral in the various dimensions that influence the organization, structure and functioning of contemporary African societies, and make him a thinker, intellectual, revolutionary and personality committed to the common good recognized in academic institutions of different countries and continents.
