Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) ODS3

Start July 23, 2026 | 17h30 End July 30, 2026 | 18h30

Yoga is a practice that helps take care of the body and mind in a simple and effective way. Through stretching, breathing exercises and moments of relaxation, Yoga helps relieve tension, improve posture and increase flexibility, being especially useful for those who spend many hours studying or in front of a computer.

In addition to the physical benefits, Yoga is an excellent way to reduce stress, anxiety and mental fatigue. Regular practice helps calm the mind, improve concentration and promote an overall sense of well-being, which can have a positive impact on academic performance and quality of life.

Yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or physical condition, and the classes are adapted to each participant’s pace. It is a moment to disconnect from routine, breathe more calmly and take care of yourself.

With the aim of promoting health and well-being across the entire academic community (students, lecturers and staff), everyone is invited to take part in these Yoga classes, providing moments of relaxation, physical and mental well-being, in a calm and accessible environment.

Places are limited, according to the capacity of the space. Participation requires prior registration for each session.
