Class Police Models

The aim of the Police Models course is to provide a critical understanding of the main police models that exist at national and international level, analyzing their origins, structures, functions and practices. The aim is for students to develop the ability to compare different police models and reflect on their impacts on public safety, human rights and relationships with communities.

Theoretical-practical classes. The evaluation has the following evaluation moments: continuous evaluation - participation in classes (10%) and oral presentation (30%) and a written test of frequency (60%).
