The Labour Law course aims to provide students with an integrated understanding of this legal field, which regulates subordinate employment relationships in all their stages, from the pre-contractual phase to termination. In addition to studying legal rules, it highlights the historical evolution of labour law, its connection to public employment policies, and its interaction with other branches, such as constitutional, civil, and EU law, enabling a critical and contextualized understanding of labour relations.
