    The option of Football, in the subject of Sports Modality - Option I, aims to provide their students of essential skills in prescribing and evaluating the football trainning process, make them able to: 1. Interpret and analyse, the game rules in the context of a tactical and strategic dimensions; 2. Develop systematic analysis of the content of the football game, in a representative way of individual and collective behaviors, and of interpersonal relationships at different scales; 3. Structure the information taken from a football game, from a macro to micro point of view; 4. Conceive and apply the training exercise, knowing how to adapt it, in its structural conditions, to the demands of reality; 5. Organize and manage a training session, respecting their phases and the intended goals; 6. Periodize training over one microcycle, adjusting the training load over the different days, and structure their objectives according to a strategic and educational planning.

Description of variables and observation criteria. 4. Conception and organization of the training session. 4.1. Training Exercise. 4.2. Duration, form and objectives of the session. 4.3. Session structure. 5. Conception and organization of training microcycles. 5.1. Temporal and methodological parameters. 5.2. Strategic / tactical parameters. Practical Content: 1. Practice the game. 2. Practice of the game phases. 3. Practice of game factors. 4. Practice of game principles. 5. Didactics of teaching / training the game.

    Objectives

    The option of Football, in the subject of Sports Modality - Option I, has the following intended learning outcomes: 1. Understand the rules of the game and their evolution, as well as their implications for understanding the phenomenon of football; 2. Understand the game and apply an observation and analysis methodology that adapts to the needs of the observer and the different competitive contexts; 3. Conceive, plan and apply with didactic correction the methods of training and teaching the football game; 4. Organize and manage a training session; 5. Plan a training microcycle in a manner consistent with the intended objectives.

     (Pré-Requisitos: 70% de presenças; nota igual ou superior a 9,5 em cada momento de avaliação e média final igual ou superior a 9,5 (0-20).)

     

    2. Avaliação por Exame de Recurso - O exame de recurso destina-se aos alunos que não tenham obtido aprovação nas avaliações anteriores. E consiste numa prova escrita e numa prova oral obrigatórias. Só terão acesso a prova oral os alunos com classificação igual ou superior a 9,5.
