Objectives
Plan and conduct basic Padel sessions in a safe and structured manner. Apply and correctly teach the fundamental technical movements. Understand the game and its basic tactical principles. Manage heterogeneous groups and adapt teaching to different ages and skill levels. Identify physiological demands and adapt training to participants’ capacities. Apply the rules of the game and understand their pedagogical logic.
