This curricular unit aims to introduce students to offences relating to family criminal law, and to offences against sexual freedom and sexual self-determination. It also aims to address offences against honour, given their current relevance, particularly in the context of freedom of expression. Certain issues relating to cybercrime will also be studied, including specific offences within this field.

Objectives
Objectives
The aim is for students to gain an understanding of the breadth of criminal law, with particular emphasis subsequently placed on the topics covered in the syllabus. In this way, students will acquire expertise in the areas of family criminal law, sexual offences, offences against honour and cybercrime.
