Objectives
Objectives
This CU corresponds to the second unit of the Seminar on Contemporary Issues (SQCCC) and fully maintains the same objectives, namely to be a privileged forum for debate on contemporary issues in the field of criminal sciences, to promote reflection and critical thinking, to enable students to understand, analyse and propose solutions to complex issues related to crime and justice, to promote a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by the legal-judicial system in relation to current issues and to develop practical skills. As with CU SQCCC I, the objectives are compatible with the proposed teaching methodology, which allows students to explore the topics in a critical and collaborative way, applying theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems, emphasising the discussion and analysis of real cases in order to allow students to understand the relevance and practical application of the topics covered
