The Graduate Program in Teaching in Multilingual and Multicultural Contexts addresses the challenges posed by the growing linguistic, cultural, and social diversity in Portuguese schools. Designed for teachers of all subject areas, it prepares participants to create inclusive learning environments, adapt teaching and assessment strategies, develop instructional resources, and promote the participation and educational success of all students. The program addresses the role of language in learning different subjects, intercultural mediation, diversity management, and collaboration among schools, families, and the community, combining recent research with a strong practical component.
