Critical, systemic and results-orientated thinking Ability to analyse complex contexts, integrate business, technology and market variables, make informed decisions and solve problems with a holistic vision. An essential approach for those taking on executive roles in highly demanding environments. 3. Mastery of digital and technological transformation tools Solid, practical knowledge of information systems, cloud computing, solution architecture, digital security (including compliance with standards such as DORA and NIS2), business intelligence and emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain and automation. 4. Ability to move from idea to execution, creating value in an agile and structured way, with simulations of attracting investment and interaction with real investors. 5. Integrated customer vision and excellence in Customer Experience Competence in redesigning omnichannel customer journeys, applying data to personalise offers and leading marketing, sales and experience teams with a focus on loyalty, retention and growth.
