Postgraduation Management of Companies and Organizations - For non-managers - e-learning

This postgraduate course is aimed at all technicians, professionals, executives, managers and directors who do not have specific training in management and who wish to obtain it. It is also aimed at graduates in other areas who want to increase their employability. It is a response to the growing demands of technical and administrative frameworks, which oblige companies and organisations to base their activities on improving the skills of their employees. At the end of the course, participants should be able to apply their knowledge in line with current best management practice. Taught in E-LEARNING.

Be a professional, manager, executive, board member or manager, graduate or not, or graduates in other areas and others who express an interest or who work in private, public or social economy companies or organisations.

Directors of private, public and social economy companies and organisations; Managers, executives and professionals in SMEs, public organisations or local authorities; Specialists and professionals in management, economics, psychology, sociology, education, engineering, tourism, environment, law, communication, among others; Graduates or recent graduates wishing to increase their employability. Potential accreditation of ECTS for further study in Masters or Doctoral programmes. Doctorates.

Taught in the form of e-learning content blocks. Use of workshops with the participation of external national and foreign professionals. Aimed at graduates or people without a degree, but with professional experience that is recognised by ULusofona's statutory body as attesting to their ability to take this course.
