What will I learn in this course?
This postgraduate course is aimed at all technicians, professionals, executives, managers and directors who do not have specific training in management and who wish to obtain it. It is also aimed at graduates in other areas who want to increase their employability. It is a response to the growing demands of technical and administrative frameworks, which oblige companies and organisations to base their activities on improving the skills of their employees. At the end of the course, participants should be able to apply their knowledge in line with current best management practice. Taught in E-LEARNING.

Taught in the form of e-learning content blocks. Use of workshops with the participation of external national and foreign professionals. Aimed at graduates or people without a degree, but with professional experience that is recognised by ULusofona's statutory body as attesting to their ability to take this course. Timetable: After-work - Friday (18h30-22h30) and Saturday (09h30-13h30) Duration: 200 hours Course in progress.
