The assessment system is set out in the University of Lusófona¿s own regulations and consists of continuous assessment, on a module-by-module basis, through individual or group assignments and an integrated project. The course is delivered mainly online; however, a final week of face-to-face teaching is set aside for a practical project ¿ the Residency. This involves organising three intensive days for the completion and presentation of a final project applying the knowledge acquired. The course is organised into three thematic areas structured into modules taught by lecturers specialising in the relevant fields.
