Open Courses Business Valuation

The business valuation process is used to determine the value of an entity, whether it is a commercial, industrial, service, or investment entity. There are various models for determining a company¿s value; however, the complexity of this process lies primarily in the subjective values and assumptions used in the valuation process, since a company¿s value is ultimately the balance between the seller¿s and buyer¿s price expectations. The primary purposes of a valuation focus on the purchase, sale, merger, liquidation, or management aimed at enhancing the company¿s value.
