Open Courses Operational Research Complements

The aim of this course is to equip students with methodological and application skills in the context of operations research so that they can solve a wider range of complex engineering and management problems than those studied in Fundamentals of Operations Research. In particular, problems involving mixed integer linear programming, multi-objective linear programming, combinatorial optimisation and non-linear programming. With regard to solution methods, exact methods will be taught, as well as heuristics and metaheuristics.

- Holders of a degree in Engineering, Management and related areas; - Holders of an academic, scientific or professional curriculum suitable for the course.

- Recent graduates in engineering, management or similar training areas; - Workers with a background in Engineering and related techniques, management or similar who wish to develop skills in Asset Management.
