This course aims to study new developments in data regulation, with a special focus on the case of health. In addition to the General Data Protection Regulation, it is intended that the discussion will focus on the regulation applicable to the health data space, in particular the Data Governance Regulation, the Data Regulation and the Proposal for a Regulation in the health area.
