The Room S.0.11 hosted on 15 December the conference dedicated to strategic human resources management in Public Administration, organised by the Coordination of the Applied Master’s Degree in Advanced Human Resources Management. The session was moderated by the Lecturer Nazaré Marques, who guided the discussion on current challenges, development models, and the role of advanced training in the modernisation of people management practices in the public sector.
