The training and coordination meeting for the LEAD-IN – Leadership and Innovation for Sustainable Tomorrow: Building Adaptive and Resilient Organizations project took place in Lisbon at Lusófona University.
The initiative brought together international partners to work on Module 2: Leadership for Sustainability, exploring the role of leadership in promoting sustainable development and long-term societal impact.
During the visit, participants engaged in collaborative activities focused on innovation, adaptability, and resilience in educational and organizational contexts. The team was welcomed by faculty and researchers from Lusófona University in an academic environment characterized by interdisciplinarity, strong ties to society, and a commitment to sustainability.
The European LEAD-IN project, funded by the Erasmus+ program, brings together Wrocław University of Science and Technology (Poland), Linköping University (Sweden), and Lusófona University.
