Lecturers from ULusófona's Faculty of Law Participate in Mobility Programme
The lecturers took part in a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) on the prevention of occupational risks at the University of León

Two lecturers from the Faculty of Law took part in a mobility project organised by the University of León, alongside partner institutions including Universitas Mercatorum (Rome), the Institute of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Lisbon (ISCSP), ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon, Lusófona University - Lisbon University Centre, and the University of Milan.
The University of León (Faculty of Labour Sciences), which organised the staff and student mobility programme, coordinated the initiative under the leadership of Professor María de los Reyes Martínez Barroso, Professor of Labour and Social Security Law. The programme formed part of the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) entitled "European Regulatory Framework for the Prevention of Occupational Risks: An Innovative PPE Testing Experience in León" (5th edition, 3 ECTS) – Project 2025-1-ES01-KA131-HED-000308245-9.
The project was co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme and the European Union.
Professor Mário Silvério Barros presented on the topic "Compensation for Occupational Accidents under the Portuguese Social Security System", while Professor Paulo Sargento addressed the issue of "Occupational Burnout in the Security Forces".
